ISABELA SANTOS
A Rio native, she has been a business consultant since 2011 and a lawyer since 2013. She is an associate lawyer at Guilherme de Oliveira e Associados – Corporate Law. She holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a postgraduate degree in Contracts from CEPAD and in Private Relations from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ). She holds an MBA in Auditing and Finance and a Master's in Digital Law and Startups. She has helped structure several companies and their business models and specializes in advising entrepreneurs on governance, management, business plans, compliance, and innovation.
